I absolutely loved the stunning gardens that provided a tranquil atmosphere, and it was just a short walk to the fascinating Galeria de Arte La Turbina, making it easy to explore the local culture. as a couple, we found it to be a magical escape with serene mountain views, although the room service was a bit slow but didn't detract too much from our experience.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of frustrating. Additionally, I was extremely disappointed to find families with children, despite it being labeled as "Adults Only". Service was agonizingly slow, with room service taking over an hour and arriving cold. I'm shocked at how unprofessional this hotel turned out to be.

Our group had an awesome time at this beautiful retreat! We loved the relaxing atmosphere and enjoyed yoga classes daily. The lush gardens and stunning views were a highlight, not to mention the fantastic food! Planning our next trip already, it's a must-visit after exploring other places in Mexico.

I did have some trouble with the room updates that could improve the experience. That's something I'd hope they could work on for future guests.
